PawsApproved™ - Dog Carrier Backpack

Our sweet baby Marlo had unexpected emergency surgery 3 days before our family beach trip. Because we had to protect her wound and keep it dry and sand-free, we opted to wear her on our evening walks. She loved every minute! We had so many people stop us and ask where we bought it. She was so comfortable and more importantly, it was SO quick and easy to put her in it that our 10 year old son did it by himself. She is a chihuahua-Yorkie mix so she is small but overweight so I never know what sizes to order. She fit inside this backpack perfectly! Thinking about ordering a second one because I’m so impressed!

My dog was hesitant at first, I have a small 8 lb pom, but as soon as my boyfriend took off on his scooter my dog was in heaven. He loves this little backpack!!! I can’t imagine having a much bigger dog in this backpack though unless you’re an absolute machine lol…. Even carrying my 8 lb dog my back starts to ache a little.

Just received the carrier and gave it a try. My fur baby is a maltipoo and only a year old, so last time I took her to the vet was prior to pandemic and she was smaller then. I’m not exactly sure how much she weighs and took a wild guess by assuming she’s 10lbs or so based on what the breeder told me her full size would be. I winged it by ordering a Medium and it fits!! Yay!!! Thank goodness! As soon as I strapped her in the carrier she was quiet and calm. Can’t wait to take her hiking, biking and all over town! Easy to use and comfy, but we’ll have to really test it out soon.

Good quality satchel. Kinda a struggle to get the pup in at first but they get used to it. Great hands free and the pup doesn’t have to stare at ankles all day. Men invest in a puppy and a satchel if you are lonely. You won’t be disappointed.

Bought this for our 22 lbs Shih Tzu to take ATVing with us. It works! He’s super comfortable in it. He stays stung against me with control of the tightness of the straps when we ride which is critical for safety purposes. It has a hole in the bottom for his tail, so he comfortable. He just chills out and takes in the fresh air on our strolls. Only complaint, the shoulder pads are thin and don’t give me the best support with his weight. This wouldn’t provide enough support if we were hiking. However, his weight is also supported on the seat on the ATV which gives me relief. Overall, recommend this product for how we are using it.
