Shipping Policy

Worldwide Shipping

Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in the United States within 1-3 business days. Your order will be delivered via USPS and local postal services.

Shipping Time

  • USA-Canada: 4-13 business days
  • EU: 7-15 business days
  • AU - NZ: 10-20 business days
  • Rest Of The World: 15-25 business days

Shipping Cost

We are currently on a fixed price shipping model with respect to order value. Shipping prices will depend on cart value and your location (US or International).

Change of Address

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery.

How DO I Check The Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@pawsapproved.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@pawsapproved.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

PLEASE NOTES

  • When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits. 
  • Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
  • You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.
